COMPLEX MACHINING

This complex housing is machined over the course of days before becoming part of a larger assembly. All 72 non-prismatic blades are machined out of 100% plate stock. This part starts out simply as 400 lbs of aluminum and ends as a 50 lbs blade assembly for the US Military.

The length of time to fabricate this part makes it part of the critical path for the entire project.
